Tonight at the Barclay’s Center in New York, the draught will take place. Instead of the regular 60 picks, this year’s draught will only include 58. For talking to free agents before it was permitted, the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat lost second-round choices.

The top three players available in the NBA draught, in descending order, have been seen as being Paolo Banchero, Jabari Smith Jr., and Chet Holmgren. Tonight’s matchup will be decided by the Magic, with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets following.
The Rookie of the Year from the previous campaign, Toronto forward Scottie Barnes, was selected by the Sacramento Kings with the fourth overall pick. Although it’s unknown which direction the Kings may be leaning or even if they will make the pick at all rather than trading it, they may have guys like Purdue guard Jaden Ivey and Iowa forward Keegan Murray to choose from.
